This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification, and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line), this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit.
