If you find a published price that is lower than a rate we have advertised, we will match the price. This is only valid for an identical cruise
(same ship, date, category, etc). This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the
time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification,
and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid
at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line),
this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount
Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit. Please be advised
that this guarantee may be altered or rescinded without prior notice.
