Besides providing you with our famed level of service, we also guarantee to provide you with the best prices available!

The terms of this guarantee are as follows:

If you find a published price that is lower than a rate we have advertised, we will match the price. This is only valid for an identical cruise (same ship, date, category, etc). This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification, and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line), this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit. Please be advised that this guarantee may be altered or rescinded without prior notice.

CANCELLATION COSTS
If you cancel, any refund of amounts paid will be made after deduction of the cancellation costs, per person, stipulated in the contract. All cancellations must be in writing and the cancellation date will be counted from the date on which we receive your written notice of cancellation to the departure date to determine the charge. Your decision not to participate on a trip due to State Department warnings or advisories, fear of travel, or the like will be deemed a cancellation.

Costs of cancelling CroisiEurope river cruises:

• For European River or Canal Barge Cruises
More than 90 days before departure: $200 per person
From 90 to 60 days before departure: 35% of the total price of the package
From 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price price of the package
Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the package

• For Coastal Cruises, African Safari Cruises, Mekong River Cruises, Volga River Cruises, all cruises outside of Europe, or cruises otherwise not noted:
More than 90 days before departure: $350 per person
From 90 to 60 days before departure: 35% of the total price of the package
From 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price price of the package
Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the package

IMPORTANT: Prices that include air transportation are subject to the general and special terms and conditions of cancellation of the airlines. In the event of cancellation of one or Finally, note that Some costs are nonrefundable, including insurance fees, booking fees, visa fees and any other cancellation fees charged by our suppliers. If one of the passengers in a double room or cabin cancels his booking, the remaining passenger must pay the single cabin supplement.
