The terms of this guarantee are as follows:

If you find a published price that is lower than a rate we have advertised, we will match the price. This is only valid for an identical cruise (same ship, date, category, etc). This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification, and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line), this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit. Please be advised that this guarantee may be altered or rescinded without prior notice.

Deposit Protection program – 5 Year Guarantee: Should your plans change and you cancel your booking one hundred and twenty (120) days or more prior to your cruise-tour start date, you will receive a credit of $200 per person, valid with Uniworld for up to five years from date of cancellation. This credit cannot be used as deposit or insurance payment for a future booking and can only be used as a credit (no cash value). Only one credit per person can be applied to each cruise or cruise/tour booked, and is combinable with all current Uniworld promotions.

Guest Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation fees are in addition to any cancellation fees that might be levied by your travel agent. There is no refund for unused services or for unused portions of the trip.

**Fare is defined as the cost of any cruise or land element purchased from Uniworld. Port charges are refunded if cancellation is received prior to departure.

Revision Fee: A fee of $35 per person, per transaction, will be charged for any passenger name change; cruise-tour date change (within the same calendar year only) or itinerary change made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A passenger name change, cruise-tour date change or itinerary change within one hundred and twenty (120) days of departure will be treated as a cancellation subject to our cancellation policy, and a new reservation must be made. Cancellation fees (as shown above) will apply. Any revision to a booking may result in the loss of a confirmed airline reservation, change fees and increased airfare in addition to any charges levied by the airlines (when applicable)), which will be payable by the Passenger.

Advanced, Canceled, or Delayed Sailing: Uniworld reserves the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled sailing date and may, but is not obligated to, substitute hotels or vessels. Uniworld shall not be liable for any loss to you by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement. In the event of cancellation by Uniworld, your sole right of recourse shall be to obtain a refund of monies paid to Uniworld in connection with such cruise-tour.
