Besides providing you with our famed level of service, we also guarantee to provide you with the best prices available!

The terms of this guarantee are as follows:

If you find a published price that is lower than a rate we have advertised, we will match the price. This is only valid for an identical cruise (same ship, date, category, etc). This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification, and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line), this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit. Please be advised that this guarantee may be altered or rescinded without prior notice.

If you cancel, the financial impact of the cancellation will depend on the sailing date and when you cancel. Please note Virgin Voyages is very flexible in allowing you to change your sailing date -- see below in this section.
Note: the date of departure means the date the arrangements you have booked with Virgin Voyages commence; that is, flight or hotel add-on component(s) to your voyage. The sailing date is the date the Vessel, on the voyage portion of your holiday, departs the port of embarkation.

Where any cancellation reduces the number of full paying party members below the number on which the price, number of free places and/or any concessions agreed for your booking were based, Virgin Voyages will recalculate these items and re-invoice you at the applicable higher price.

Cancellations shall be deemed effective at 11:59 p.m. local east coast United States time on the date Guest communicates such cancellation.

Per person taxes and fees will be refunded to the credit card on file.

DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING DATE & CANCELLATION IMPACT

121 days or more
All monies refunded, except for potentially your deposit.
Your deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is within 7 days of the date the deposit was made. Otherwise, entire deposit amount is non-refundable.
120 days or less
No refund; but you have flexibility to change your voyage date.
Options available for cancellation up to 45 days of Guest’s departure date:
- Receive a “Future Voyage Certificate” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original voyage date.
- Change to a new voyage date up to 1 year after original voyage date.
- Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your voyage sailing date.
- Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.

Individual cancellation policies apply at the Guest level for any individual cancellation within a cabin.
