The terms of this guarantee are as follows:

If you find a published price that is lower than a rate we have advertised, we will match the price. This is only valid for an identical cruise (same ship, date, category, etc). This is provided that the rate in question is in U.S. Dollars, is available to the general public at the time of the initial deposit, is being offered by a U.S. or Canadian-based travel agency with a valid CLIA certification, and that it is not a specially priced rate (ex: group, senior, consolidator, incentive rates). This guarantee is only valid at the time of initial booking/deposit of your trip. If the booking in question is within the penalty period (defined specifically by each tour vendor and cruise line), this guarantee is not valid. a copy of the published advertisement must be sent to our corporate office (American Discount Cruises & Travel, 376 Route 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726) within a week of initial deposit. Please be advised that this guarantee may be altered or rescinded without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For any cruise booking, whether under deposit, partially paid, or paid in full and air-inclusive packages paid in full, the following travel agent- or guest-requested situations are considered cancellations and penalties will apply as noted below: changes to departure date; substitutions of itinerary; substitution of another person for original booked guest(s); or changing to a promotional fare. All cancellations must be in writing. For all air-inclusive packages cancelled after issuance of an airline ticket, the air portion of the refund, if any, will be processed only after the return of airline ticket. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure.

Cancellation Fee Schedule Effective for Cruise Tours (other than World & Grand Cruises) booked on and after August 1, 2018:

In the event of cancellations actually received 120 days or more prior to the scheduled departure, a refund of all amounts already paid to us will be made, less a cancellation fee of $100 per person;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 119-90 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 20% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 89 and 70 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 35% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 69 and 50 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 49 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 75% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 29 and 0 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event that you do not board the vessel and have not provided at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure or sailing date, a cancellation fee of 100% of Full Fare will be paid.

Cancellation Fee Schedule Effective for Cruise Tours more than 35 days (Grand and World Cruise Voyages) booked on and after August 1, 2018:

In the event of cancellations actually received 180 days or more prior to the scheduled departure, a refund of all amounts already paid to us will be made, less a cancellation fee of $1,000 per person;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 179- 150 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 20% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 149 and 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 40% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 119 and 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 60% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event of cancellations actually received between 89 and 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 80% of Full Fare will be paid;
In the event that you do not board the vessel and have not provided at least 59 days’ notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure or sailing date, a cancellation fee of 100% of Full Fare will be paid.

A full refund will be given for most Optional Shore Excursions if you give notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the Optional Shore Excursions

REVISIONS/CHANGES
Once a cruise/land booking has a deposit or air is paid in full, all changes are subject to a $30 charge per change. See prior section under Cancellation Policy for additional details on situations which are classified as cancellations rather than changes.

DOCUMENTS
Documents will be issued approximately 3 weeks prior to departure. All early document requests will be charged a $25 early processing fee.
